Cancellation Policy

Leilani Esthetics upholds a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Any no-show the day of the scheduled appointment or cancellation made at the last minute, or after the scheduled appointment time, will be charged 100% of the service booked. Any cancellation made for a permanent makeup service within a week of the scheduled appointment, will be charged a 50% cancellation fee that acts as a non refundable deposit. If you are not comfortable leaving a card on file when booking for a permanent makeup service, I will require a cash deposit in hand upon booking that will count towards your service. Cancellations made within 48 hours, during deals or special events will be charged 50% of the original service price, not the discounted price. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule and is considered a no show and will be charged 100% of the service booked unless communicated and arranged with me prior.
